3. Client-Side Execution & Data Responsibility

Nexutil processes data client-side within your browser environment. Because our servers do not store your files, you are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of your source media and documents before applying transformations, compression, or format conversions.

Nexutil is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free execution of code sandboxes, or the absolute accuracy of financial/medical calculations.

In no event shall Nexutil, its founder Sandesh Adhikari, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the tools.
