At Nexutil (accessible from https://nexutil.app), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by Nexutil and how we use it.

Unlike standard cloud-based utility platforms that transfer your images, PDFs, and source code across the internet to remote servers, Nexutil is built on a client-side first architecture. All computations, image conversions, PDF processing, and code compiling run inside your local web browser using client-side JavaScript, WebAssembly, and Canvas APIs. Your files are never uploaded, stored, or viewed on our servers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following limited scenarios:

Account Information: If you voluntarily create an account or sign in via Google OAuth, we store your public display name, email address, and UID to sync your bookmarked favorite tools across sessions.
Local Browser Storage: We use your device's localStorage to save your theme preferences (Dark/Light mode) and pinned tools. This data stays entirely on your device.
Contact Inquiries: When you send a message through our Contact Us form, we receive the name, email address, and message content you provide to respond to your support request.
Log Files: Like most web platforms, Nexutil follows standard hosting log file procedures (IP addresses, browser type, ISP, referring pages, timestamps). These are not linked to personally identifiable information.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising

We partner with third-party advertising companies, specifically Google AdSense, to serve advertisements when you visit our website.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Nexutil.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to Nexutil and other sites on the Internet.
